MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Victoria Wang (she/her) is a Toronto based stage manager and certified yoga instructor. She has guided classes online and in-person at ILAC, the Toronto Fringe Festival, and Theatre Passe Muraille. Victoria encourages an ethic of care and self-compassion in her practice. Her classes incorporate meditation and pranayama (breathwork) in addition to accessible postures with a focus on breath. She aims to hold space for students to reconnect with their bodymind and breath in a way that is grounding and nourishing.
